About Tyrrell County, NC

Currently I'm very busy working with clients buying and selling homes here in Northeastern NC. I have several properties under contract as either a selling agent or a buyer's agent. All of the deals involve either foreclosures or what I call get away properties. I'm working on selling (I hope) 3 foreclosures in the Elizabeth City and Camden areas. These properties range from $189,000-$235,000.

We are also working on several real estate deals in Chowan, Washington, and Tyrrell Counties. All of those properties are being purchased by out of area buyers to be used as weekend retreats. Those properties consists of homes or acreage and are priced from $29,000-$80,000.

At United Country Forbes Realty & Auctions, we are also working on an estate auction to be held on April 24th in Plymouth, NC as well as two first time buyer homes. So as you can see, business is going well and I am keeping very busy.
