There was a total of 18 closed sales in Westport from 10/26/09 through 10/26/10. Analyzing all of these figures enables me to figure out an "absorption rate": how many months supply of homes for sale in Westport if sales continue at the current rate. There is an 18 month supply of homes for sale in Westport!
