Looking for an apartment to rent in the Jack Britt school district?

Adams Lake is a great apartment complex in the Jack Britt area. Conveniently located just across the street from John Griffin middle school and Honeycutt elementary.

The apartment complex offers apartments from $704.00 to $1,025.00 ranging in square footage from 650 sq. ft. to 1300 sq. ft. offering 1bedroom 1bath up to 3bedrooms 2baths.

I would like to give you a rent to buy break down so that you can get the most out of your money!

If you were to purchase a home at the $165,000.00 price point with an interest rate of 4.750% you would be looking at a payment of approximately $860.00 principal & interest this would NOT include your taxes & insurance as they would be different depending on the insurance company that you choose and the area for taxes.

I used 4.75% which is currently higher than the going rate...but eventually interest rates will start creeping up.....

Today in the Jack Britt school district there are 7 homes on the market in the $160,000.00-$165,000.00 range. The sq. ft. of these homes range from 1500 sq. ft. to 2200 sq. ft

So if you do the comparison you see that you can get more for your money today if you purchase a home and make your money WORK for you! The time is almost here... Time to get to bed early because the morning will come quickly! Back to school, a little bitter sweet. The kids are sorry to see yet another summer in the past and a new fresh school year ahead of them. Excited to see their friends that they have missed through the summer, anxious about their new teachers....

Getting ready for back to school is a busy time! Getting some new spiffy duds to wear, dress to impress.... Schools supplies to make you successful!

You can find the list for the different schools in the Jack Britt School District as follows:

Honeycutt Elementary
Stoney Point Elementary
John Griffin Middle School

Jack Britt High doesnt have a publicied list as the children at that age are going to need more specific things for their individual curiculum.

Jack BrittThe Jack Britt School District is very popular in the Fayetteville NC area......

When looking to buy a home in Fayetteville NC there are a lot of great places to live! But for this post we are going to be talking about buying a home in the Jack Britt School District.

There are SO many great neighborhoods to choose from in a multitude of price ranges....

You have Gates Four, this community is gated and boast a wonderful golf course, club house, swimming pool, etc. The home prices range from $124,000 for a town home all the way up to $799,000.

If you can not find something to fit your needs there you might try looking in Birch Creek where the homes range in price from $175,000 to $264,000. This neighborhood give you a wonderful feeling of coming home...There is a newer continuation of this neighborhood called the Woods at Birch Creek and the price range there is $245,000 to $275,000.

Just down the road is Traemoor Manor, this is a smaller community with sidewalks for the family afternoon walks! Prices there are $329,000 to $995,500 and I have to say are all full of great amenities!

There is another great neighborhood called Camden Woods just behind the high school... The price ranges there from $339,000 to $341,000.
