About Garner's Sotherby Bluffs

I made a quick trip over to visit our new townhomes today and snapped a couple of pictures of the recent progress to share.

This first one is from before Christmas- Driveways, bricks steps, and walkways have been completed but the workers this morning had their vans blocking my view so I couldn't update the exterior shot.

This is a view taken the dining room in the end unit Richton plan- The arches add a fun element in the design. There are rounded drywall corners throughout, crown moulding and nice handrails.

This is another shot of showing the family room. The stairs are wide so you can easily get all your furniture to fit up the stairs. The door goes to the finished walk out basement.

This shot is from the first floor master bedroom plan. This view is looking at the dining room from the family room showing the 3 sided fireplace- How cool is this?
