7. Bankruptcy Attorney working with one of the sellers....Closing Attorney with the other seller.

8. Closing Secretary..out sick with the flu

9. Buyer having to bring money to the table for the seller..

The list goes on and on. Committment from the 1st lein holder and the 2nd lein holder agree that

this can be done.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Everywhere you go right now...Christmas is in the air. You hear folks singing...Christmas Plays at Church. Trees being decorated....cookies and Canady being made...Christmas Parties everywhere.

Our Month is filled up with events.

Let's take a minute and stop! and think! All of the trimmings of Christmas are not the reason for
Christmas.

Christmas is our time to celebrate the birth of Jesus, our Savior.
