In the movie “Gone with the Wind,” the plantation home of the Wilkes family was called “Twelve Oaks.” The approach to this home was lined with majestic oak trees and the home itself is described as a "beautiful white-columned house that crowned the hill like a Greek Temple.” For those seeking genteel and traditional Southern living, the 12 Oaks subdivision in Holly Springs, NC is the perfect choice.

Last week I had clients in town thatwere interested in new construction. They heard great things about the Town of Holly Springs (beautiful rolling hills, lots of trees, larger lot sizes, small town atmoshere) and wanted to check it out. They also heard about the new Master Planned
Community in Holly Springs called 12 Oaks. While I was there I thought I'd capture the spirit of the neighborhood and tell you about this beautiful new luxury home community. Acreage: 687 acre master-planned community.
There really is something for everyone in this neighborhood where prices start in the mid 200s for townhomes all the way to over $1M+ for an Estate Home on the Golf Course.
