I attended a Realtor lunch this week at 12 Oaks a beautiful Golf Community in Holly Springs NC. Touring the Nicklaus Designed Course that has been refurbished, club house with restaurant and first class service was a wonderful experience. Last week I had clients in town thatwere interested in new construction. They heard great things about the Town of Holly Springs (beautiful rolling hills, lots of trees, larger lot sizes, small town atmoshere) and wanted to check it out.
