New Home Land - Holly Springs
Holly Springs is one of the most popular "small towns" surrounding Raleigh. It's no wonder Holly S
prings, NC has been a Top 25 Best Place to Live - there are vibrant community programs, beautiful green parks, new shopping centers, and all only 6 miles to Cary and 15 miles to Raleigh.
Land is at a premium, but a few areas do have acreage available.

Brookwood Forest is a one-road, 12 home subdivision off Bass Lake Road.
The trees are old-growth, and homes are set far back from the street.
Brookwood Forest is directly across the street from Caleb Knoll, a newer community with homes of about 3000 square feet on lots close to 1 acre.

It's also just a mile away from the Bass Lake Park, which offers walking paths, fishing, boat rentals, and lots of educational programs. The Retreat Center at Bass Lake Park is used for a wide variety of community events, and is also available for rental.
There are also several golf courses within 5-10 minutes, including the Bentwinds Golf Course and Country Club.
Brookwood Forest is less than 15 minutes from shopping in several directions, including Cary, Fuquay-Varina, and Holly Springs.
