Bonterra Cafe and Market in Indian Trail NC.

The Bonterra Cafe and Market opened this summer in the heart of Bonterra, an Indian Trail NC swim club community. The cafe is already a hit with neighborhood residents and children, who stop in for gourmet coffees and sweet treats after spending time at the neighborhood swimming pool across the street. You can live above your own store or office in Bonterra.

The Bonterra Live/Work Units have unfinished first floors waiting to be finished for retail or office uses. The upper two floors are finished as a 1700sf, 2 bedroom/2.5 townhome. Current pricing is in the $250,000 range.
