Wexford subdivisionin Kernersville was created around 1987. It was platted as a 117 lot neighborhood. Today this neighborhood is well known for being an nice established neighborhood in the Kernersville area. It is located close to the intersection of Hopkins Road and Bluff School Road.
Wexford consists of homes built mostly from the late 1980 to the early 1990. However there have been a few new additions to the neighborhood in recent years. The houses in Wexford are mostly brick on about half acre lots. This is a great neighborhood for move up buyers. Home prices in Wexford subdivision tend to span from the $190’s to the about $300K with only a few homes going over $300K.
