Let's talk about a possible TRADE of our Assets. I am Retiring and ready to travel.

This is what I am offering:

I am the Owner/Broker of this 3 Acre Vacant Lot in Asheville/Leicester area - I can sell or will consider taking a Trade, or Trade Up or Down for a modern motorhome or houseboat or other real estate.

Current Value of my land is now only $135,900 before subdivision (can be divided into 2 residential lots per current ordinances by new owner).

I will consider taking in on a trade: Live-aboard houseboat in the Southeast (preferably fresh water if inboard engines) or floating home/condo. Also, will consider taking a trade of a newer model motorhome 38 feet or under.

Do you need to sell before coming to the Asheville area or have you thought of investing in the Asheville area with an asset that is stable and that has the potential for future profit?

What about trading your asset for my real estate? We adjust for differences in values, up or down or if values are equal, make it an equal trade.

If we trade at Low Retail Value or under, I will also consider paying off a loan on a motorhome or houseboat up to 90% of the confirmed loan amount (up to $100,000 & if not upside down) and transferring that debt plus difference in values to an owner financed mortgage on the lot at a very competitive rate..

I will consider TRADES such as:


1. Take trade of less expensive land, house, condo, motorhome or houseboat and consider owner financing the difference.
2. Trade for motorhome, houseboat, land or home of equal value.
3. Trade my land as my down payment towards a house and I pay the difference from $50,000 to $70,000 in cash.

I am only interested in pursuing any motorhome or houseboat, if a trade would be considered at Low Retail Value or under, so anyone that may consider a trade should walk my property first or have someone trusted to walk it to decide if they would be willing to trade into it or accept it as a trade.
