Maggie Mountaineer Crafts is a great place to find fun (and hot) gifts in Maggie Valley. They have fresh fudge too (just sayin'). They have a great display in front of their store on Soco Road, so you won't miss them.

Saturday it seemed that overnight the leaves on many of the trees in Maggie Valley and Waynesville turned a beautiful shade of gold. These pictures were taken in Maggie Valley Saturday afternoon after I visited the Church Street Art and Craft Fair in Waynesville.
