Right now there seems to be a lot of buzz going on in the Curtis Pond community in Mooresville, NC. 22 homes sold in this subdivision on my last market report and is one of the fastest selling communities in the Mooresville area.
The community is located just off the beaten path between exit 30 in Davidson and exit 33 in Mooresville on I-77N. A few turns and a few miles and you are in a community that features a pool, walking trails, sidewalks, pond, playground, and a Food Lion shopping center located right down the road! HOA dues are currently $330 per year.

Curtis Pond is large community with a rural feel in East Mooresville off Rocky River rd. New Food Lion to open Summer 2008 will really enhance the community giving it added convienence. Please take a look at 291 Glennallen dr which was build April 2007 and sellers had to relocate for job, so there loss but your gain. This barely lived in home includes upgraded appliances, all 2" plantation blinds, garage door openers and more and you don't have to pay for it.
