Curtis Pond is large community with a rural feel in East Mooresville off Rocky River rd. New Food Lion to open Summer 2008 will really enhance the community giving it added convienence. Please take a look at 291 Glennallen dr which was build April 2007 and sellers had to relocate for job, so there loss but your gain. This barely lived in home includes upgraded appliances, all 2" plantation blinds, garage door openers and more and you don't have to pay for it.
