The Shiloh Grove subdivision in Morrisville, NC is a splendidly designed community with large wooded tracts and plenty of greenspace. Shiloh Grove enjoys proximity to Research Triangle Park, Raleigh-Durham Airport and the U.S. interstate highway system. This fantastic location makes the Shiloh Grove neighborhood one of the most popular places to live in all the Morrisville, NC neighborhoods/subdivisions

Shiloh Grove is a master-planned swim club community that consists of both townhomes and single-family homes. The townhomes have 2 to 3 bedrooms and average about 1300 to about 1500 square feet. A typical home in Shiloh Grove costs about $170,000. For that price, buyers can expect 3 to 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half-bathrooms and about 1500 square feet of living space. Homes in this price range may or may not have a garage. The usual number of rooms is about 6. Don’t expect amenities like fireplaces in a home at this price range, but know that homes in Shiloh Grove are still an excellent value in the Morrisville, NC area.

Other amenities found in Shiloh Grove include jogging and walking trails, a swimming pool with cabana and swim club, bicycle paths and plenty of outdoor activities. Prospective buyers should know that Shiloh Grove has an Architectural Control Committee that monitors the home styles, landscaping and materials used to “ensure the harmony of home styles.” All building plans and landscape designs must be submitted to the Committee for approval. While some homeowners might find these rules restrictive, they (the rules) exist to assure both the quality of building and landscape work and the general look and feel of the community.

For buyers looking for a good value in a prime location, the Shiloh Grove development in Morrisville, NC is worth considering.

Morrisville is a hot spot of activity, with a great location between Cary, Raleigh, RDU International Airport, and the Research Triangle Park.

Many residents live in Morrisville due to the easy commute to RTP. Sometimes it is a compromise for a two-income household. One person commutes to RTP, and the other may have an easy drive to employment centers in Cary, Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill.

With the extension of the freeway, NC 540 connecting West Cary and North Raleigh as it passes through Morrisville, the small town has become an easy jumping off point for many Triangle attractions.
