About Oak Island's East Long Beach

Our wonderful owner of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty, gave us an opportunity to go and see Brian Buffini last week He is a most agreeable entertainer and trainer. I believe what he is teaching. Do this easy....not hard. This is what I think is most important for us as realtor agents in the 2011 year.

What a hoot...

After we had our traditional New Years Day Dinner at 1:00...we decided to go to the Ocean and Do a Polar Dip in the frigid waters of the Atlantic Ocean on Oak Island.

WE put on our bathing suits and armed with Blankets and Towels...we headed to the Sea. After deciding how we were going to do this...we grabbed each others hands..(tight....no backing out) and ran into the water. The air temperature was about 65 degrees....The water temperature was about 39 degrees.. After the initial shock...we could not feel our legs.. I was really a weird sensation.

But.....the feeling of acomplishment was aweson.. Gets the endorpines flowing..

Well do again next year...I think we have started a new family tradition for New Years Day..

I just got a new Dell Latitude E5510 and a new Blackberry Curve 8500 Series.

I have been on the phone for 3 days with Tech support trying to get Top Producer downloaded on to the BlackBerry.

Has anyone else had this problem.

I am so frustrated at this point.

This was a great day for us. We had our sales meeting and then went out to view 9 homes that our brokers had listed over the past week. We went into some lovely homes on the waterfront of Oak Island. Great deal to be found right now. I think that our market is settling out right now. Thank Goodness.. It has been a hard 3 years in our area..
