Too all of my friends...
A bit of good advice
"We all face challenges in our lives. But how we tackle these challenges, and how we view our life is what truly matters. We can all look at life one of two ways:
1. We can focus on the good and move forward with optimism and enthusiasm, or,
2. We can focus on the negative and burry ourselfs in self pity and sadness."

I have been in this business for 27 years and condos are an area that I enjoy the most. I am challenged by the different communities and in finding the details that are needed to be successful in giving the buyer all the information requires to be an owner.
There are about nine condo developments in our area of Oak Island.
Would love to learn any ideas that work for you.
With warm regards,

Have a property that has been under contract since May as a short sale for $285,000.
Offer came in at $280,000 and through months of negotiating was accepted by Bank of America. (They did an appraisal and it came in at $280,000.
Now that everything has been negotiated and accepted...the buyer's bank had an appraisal done and it came in at $250,000.
We are at a stalemate with no place to go...
Any Suggestions?
