Actually, one month into 2010, it is good news that there are 1,001 single family homes on the market in Moore County. We are still running 10-15% over normal. In this market, that's pretty good compared to other areas of the country. The excess inventory is dominated by homes that are in need of updating and by homes in higher price ranges.
