From Highway 64: Take Exit 383 to 15-501 North. Turn left onto Hamlet Chapel Road, right onto Mann's Chapel Road, then left onto Mann's Crossing into the Mann's Crossing community.
From Interstate 40: Take Exit 273 to Highway 54 West, then turn onto 15-501 South. Turn right onto Mann's Chapel Road, then left onto Mann's Crossing into the Mann's Crossing community.
Manns Crossing offers community water and septic, which is very common for larger lots in the Raleigh area.
