We have Boost every Monday morning at 9:30. It is a meeting in which we meet with our Broker in Charge and go over the statics of our local market. We analyze the figures from our MLS and the subdivisions that we do right much business in. WE are finding that our market is off over 50 % of the highs in the 2005 time period. Much adjusting needs to take place with our inventory,.

I sometimes find it hard to get back into the swing of things when I have had a weekend with famiy and friends. Do you have a hard time too?

The grandchildren were here from Greensboro and we did the cookout thing, swimming in the creek, the Ocean and the Pool.

I treasure these memories that we are building today.

Hi All,

Today we were celebrated by our owners for being the "Best of the Best" with our company. Criteria being that you have to have so many sales and so many listings in the first quarter of the year. I think that is wonderful to be recognized for the hard work that you do.

Our company provided us with a nice lunch and then talked with us about the market here in the Southport ~ Wilmington area of North Carolina.

It was very pleasant.

Spring is here. Temperatures have been in the 80 to 90's along the coast and Summer is not even here.

I do know that the fishing is good. WE have Drum, Flounder, Trout in the creek and they sure do taste mighty good when fresh caught and prepared for the frying pan. Fix a bit of cole slaw and cut your own french fries and fry...a few hushpuppies and you have a meal fit for a King or Queen. Lemon pie for dessert.

The time is here...come South for the joy of it.

Our Company, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty~held an Open House Extravaganza weekend and many of us participated. I held 5 Open Houses with the help of my sellers. They are excited to do anything that they can do in order to get the exposure for their houses too.

We were somewhat successful, with some folks looking around after the Easter Holidays.
