Summer is here.

This is the week that we begin all of our wonderful activities for the 4th of July. Yesterday on the Garrison lawn, the Marine Corp Band entertained us. What a magnificent performance.

Come on down for the 4th...and celebrate with us.

A dear friend and associate of mine, fell off of her horse yesterday. It was a big horse that has some Clydesdale blood in it.

Her horse was spooked and she fell off. From the fall, she sustained a broken back and will have surgery tomorrow. So keep her in your prayers.

WE are in great hopes that all will go well and she will be able to conduct business at home as she heals.

We just finished our weekly Boost Class and I found it very informative today.

One of the things that we are doing it to find our that our market share is and where we rank. Also to be the local experts in knowing about our market in the different areas of our local selling area. WE are breaking it down as to numbers of active, sold and expired listing and what the price is per square feet ~for each, both houses, condos and lots.

I think that this is vital in talking with our buyers and seller.
