So You Think You Can Buy in Sunset Beach? When the market continues to have homes available where do you go to look? Many people go to the internet to look for HOMES FOR SALE IN SUNSET BEACH, of course! How current is it? Depends where you are researching, BUT NOT VERY CURRENT!!

Are you looking on Realtor.com or Zillow.com or Trulia.com? It doesn’t matter where you are looking. You need to contact a realtor in the SUNSET BEACH area because they have access to the most up to date Multiple Listing Services in their area.

Take for example the phone call I received this evening. A person looking at my blog from yesterday called asking about the Condo Liquidation Sale in Sunset Beach.

Multiple Questions and answers later she decides she wants to look at homes in the area. She goes on the internet to xyz.com and asks about a listing on XYZ Street...”What a beautiful home” ...

I, on the other hand have the Brunswick County Multiple Listing Service available and look the listing up in SUNSET BEACH. Ooops, Sorry, TOO LATE, that went into contract since 9/1/11... She looks up another listing...Oops, Sorry, TOO LATE, that went into contract today 9/15/11

Sorry, IT WOULDN’T BE TOO LATE if you were working with a Realtor in SUNSET BEACH, you might have had a chance to see listings the minute they went into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) but if you wait to see them on the other sites, it may be too late.

Sorry, maybe, next time, or maybe you should work with a Realtor IN SUNSET BEACH from the start....
