Its A Beautiful House in East Fork Acres

Our Open House at 1064 Middle Ridge Road in Sylva, NC was a success. In spite of the distance from town, we had a good turnout of local brokers and some members of the public. The weather was beautiful so we were able to just open the windows and the doors to the attached screened in porch.

This huge and well lit kitchen was a delight to prepare the food in. Plenty of space to move around and right in the center of everything. The agents were able to sit up at the spacious counter and in the dining area.

As you can see, there is a generous amount of counter space, tons of cabinets, a smooth top ceramic stove and a nice deep double sink.

There are two large pantries for plenty of space to stock up on good deals. The large laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen.

The comments from the other agents were all positive. Not only did the kitchen and dining room get thumbs up, they also loved the massive master suite with the walk-in closet, extremely large bath with garden tub, separate shower and vanity. The master suite also opens up onto the deck.

Broker open houses are a useful tool to expose special listings to the most active agents in the area. Its been a good day.
