As I reread my title, I realize it sounds like a crop of horses, but it's my title and I'm sticking with it! Horses are growing up in the Savannah community. This is such a great place to live, you'd think you'd have to drive way off the beaten path to enjoy spectacles like this. Nope, this is 30 seconds from US441. Scenes just like this are little treasures to be enjoyed all over Western North Carolina.
Back on May 27 I posted a photo of a brand new baby horse that I spotted on my way to show a house in the Savannah community. In case you missed it the firt time...have an early morning awwwwww moment. Here's the baby's picture again.

On my way to again show property in the Savannah area a couple of days ago, I spotted the same young horse and a buddy. They are growing up fast. The tan horse was much more outgoing that the brown and white one, but both were several hundred pounds of cuteness.

I posted this photo right around May 27th and now it all makes sense as to what they were talking about in there - horse sense about raising horse kids!

I'm going to have to start carrying carrots to feed these guys - well, guess I'd better get permission from their humans first, but I will probably never have another chance like this to get to know horses from this young age. Those babies are growing up right in front of me in the Savannah community of Jackson County, NC...I really love this job!

Friday ends with a dance.
There has really been no down time this week...well, except for taking pictures of the little colt in Savannah Township. That was relaxing.
We've shown houses, met new clients, had clients disappear into the wind (do you suppose there is an alternative realty reality where they all are?), negotiated a new contract, lunched with a lender, had a bonfire, kept up with the 31 Day Challenge, blogged, blogged, blogged...
I have a score of topics to post about, but I think let's mellow out and celebrate Friday by ending this week with one of the coolest dance clips I've ever seen. Enjoy and have a good weekend.
