Ahhh Wake Forest. We're happy to relay the town had another strong month of real estate, and it's easy to see why it's a relocation destination with the pride residents have for the area.

The Wake Forest Real Estate market had a strong month!
Jumping right into the real estate stats this month you'll notice that 17% of the real estate activity in Wake Forest either Closed (SOLD) or went under contract (pending) this month. In September and October the sold and pending homes accounted for 15% of the real estate activity. This month, 11% of activity accounted for the new active listings available. This indicates a strengthening real estate market as the absorption rate remains steady or improves.
