There Are Benefits to Sunbathing!

Sunbathed Puppy MoonDancer Realty

Sure, I know I’m supposed to be photographing the house and getting the listing agreements signed…and I do all of that.

But who can resist a puppy sunbathing? I think this is a 9 year old puppy and she was so sleepy, she made for a perfect subject. Her nine year old bones get gently warmed and my heart always warms when I see dogs or cats this comfy.

Do your puppies follow the sunbeam too? I know ours do, so would I if I felt like laying on the floor all the time!

Webster, NC - A Favorite Neighborhood

Mona Gersky,GRI,ABR~MoonDancer Realty~ Western North Carolina: Real Estate Agent in Sylva, NC

Webster is a favorite neighborhood in Jackson County, NC. Originally, Webster was the county seat and still has fabulous old buildings and homes that have been well preserved. Webster has a feel of being central to everything in the northern part of Jackson County. From Webster it is a quick drive to take care of schooling, medical, shopping and entertainment needs. It is within minutes of Western Carolina University and Southwestern Community College.

This “like new” home located at 166 Amaroo Ridge is ideally located for anyone working in Jackson County. If your job entails entertaining frequently, this just might be the perfect spot for you. The house was built in 2007 with hardy plank exterior for easy maintenance. Inside is over 2100 heated and finished square feet with beautiful hardwood floors throughout the majority of the house, carpet in the bedrooms and ceramic floors in the bathrooms and large bonus room at the back of the house.

The great room is exceptionally large and will easily accommodate your guests or family. Two incredible features in this room besides the size would be the gorgeous arched picture window and the handsome stacked stone gas log fireplace. Just off the great room is a den, library or office bonus room with three tall windows to capture the view of the deck and mountains beyond.

The kitchen is centrally located and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and with the handcrafted cabinets looks just like a photo out of a home decorating magazine. The counter at the end was designed for bar stools with room for extra seating. The dining area is comfortable and leads out through French doors to a large well-lit bonus room for the very largest dinner parties or as a media or exercise room.

The attached master bath to the master bedroom has two walk in closets, a deep tub and a separate shower. The other two bedrooms are both well lit with natural light coming through the attractive windows. The second bathroom is located at the same end of the house as the other bedrooms.

The paved driveway leads to plenty of parking and a double attached garage. Just inside the house from the garage entrance is one of the largest laundry rooms I’ve ever seen! 166 Amaroo Ridge is situated on almost 1.5+/- acres with a great diversity of flat and sloped property plus a wide variety of trees and plants.

The house is priced at $299,900 and is ready to be moved into.
