Stonegate in Wesley Chapel NC—Homes for Sale and Neighborhood Profile

Large lots and a thriving community are hallmarks of Stonegate in Wesley Chapel NC. Built from 1999 to 2003, the neighborhood is organized into several villages with community recreational facilities in the center. The smaller, lower-priced homes in Stonegate have vinyl exteriors with brick accents and lots from .3 to .5 acre in size. Homes in the more expensive section have full brick exteriors and lots that can be as large as an acre. Some of these homes were built with basements. The heated area in Stonegate homes can range from 2500 square feet to over 5000 square feet in some of the basement homes.

Stonegate is located along New Town Road in the Village of Wesley Chapel. Wesley Chapel NC is developing a town center within two miles of the neighborhood. The Town Center includes two grocery stores, a Target, gas stations, banks, a video store and restaurants. More shopping and restaurants, as well as a Lowes Home Improvement store, are approximately five miles away in Waxhaw.
