The homes that sold in October sold for prices ranging from $65,000 to $575,000. The average price was $252,256 and the average days on the market were reported as 94, they sold for an average of 93% list to sales price ratio.

According to a report generated by Trendgraphix, during the month of November, the absorption rate, i.e., months of inventory that Nashua had on the market in relation to closed sales was 8.7 months. The average price was $216,120 and the average days on the market were reported as 129, they sold for an average of 97% list to sales price ratio.
