No matter what the market brings, in good times and bad we are here to perfect the art of communication and negotiation. I love real estate. Sure it is crazy out there. Begging for feedback, staging to perfection, amazing incentives, call backs, showings, previews, and files that have become three inches thick with all the forms, documents and data needed to make an offer and close a contract. I still love it. We are working hard for every deal! This is when we step up to bat! Don't quit! Hit a home run! We must remind ourselves to focus, focus, focus. Do what is necessary to communicate with buyers, sellers and other agents. Return phone calls, do your homework, give feedback, make a difference in this crazy market where deals you never thought would close do and deals you thought would never go wrong sometimes do. We can only control what we do as agents out there. We are working for them. Some will walk away, some will change careers, real estate will still be here. I am choosing to work on the art of communication and negotiation as this is the market when I have needed those skills the most!
