God Still Performs Miracles and I Have One To Share!

I have a very special Uncle. He was diagnosed last year with melanoma. It was already in his lymph nodes. Doctors immediately put him on agressive chemo and then they found it had spread to his brain. He was so so sick. The doctor performed brain surgery on him to remove the tumor and ease his pain and mind games. We were expecting a couple months at best. When he had his next PET scan about 2 months later another tumor was on the other side of his brain.

We prayed for his healing and today he is cancer free and healthy as a horse. The doctors call it a miracle and have run test after test because there is no sign of cancer in his body.

Let me introduce you to Handsome Bill Holcombe of Lonesome Dove. I will write about Lonesome Dove in a separate post, but it is a truly unique story.

In this time of worry and concern, remember God is still performing miracles and He can perform one for you too! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner tonight with my family. We prayed, feasted and laughed. We also remembered how afraid we were last year to lose this wonderful man! Happy Thanksgiving for Uncle Bill!!!!

Mortgage Bonds Received a Leg-Up, Rates are Falling In Response

What we have all been waiting on!!!

The FED has announced it would purchase $600 billion of Mortgage Back Securities from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae. This is an act of brilliance by the Federal Reserve and should increase credit availability and lower fixed mortgage rates. Today, already we have seen rates drop. Get your buyers off the fence and don't miss this opportunity. I believe we are also about to be in a refinance boom. What can I do to help you?

Be A Bounce Back Person

Last evening I was going through my email and I read the daily devotional from Joel Osteen. He spoke of challenges and bad times we would face and how we need to be thankful for those moments because the Lord is dealing with us and making us stronger. He spoke of the Palm Tree, smaller, lanky and just very fragile looking. When a hurricane hits the coast the Palm Tree will bend instead of breaking and each time it bends the root system becomes even stronger and deeper. I believe in today's market we are once again strengthening our root system.

Those of us that are still in business have weathered some storms in the past and thank goodness we have been strong enough to keep holding on. We have learned while in our valley's and will continue to have challenges, but through this we have a greater understanding and for many of us we have learned we can't live like a rock star for the rest of our lives,

We will have storms, trials and good times will come again. We must have faith and wisdom and remember that if the Lord is for us, who can be against us? Together we can form a root system like the Palm Tree and be ready for the hurricane's of life. (If you would like me to forward the email from Joel, please let me know) Have a great weekend.
