It's Surfside Beach
Don't tell anyone but Surfside Beach is the best kept secret on the Grand Strand. I spend a good deal of my time in this lovely little town because my office is here. I currently have homes listed for sale here. I love taking my clients around this area and of course the Myrtle Beach area.

The town is full of tree lined streets with sidewalks and a variety of residence, from single family homes to townhomes and condos. I love the local restaurants, especially those right on the beach. The views are so beautiful and many of those who live here are regulars so it's easy to get to know residents.
If I need a book there's a library. If I just want to chill out I can relax in the park that is right in the center of town, next to the public tennis courts. Although, tourist come here for the beautiful beaches, this is an all-year town. It is steps to the beach and minutes away from Coastal Grand Mall, Broadway at the Beach, great entertainment like the Palace Theater and Carolina Opry. It is also close to the airport.
The Legends Theater is right across the street from my office. I actually saw "Elvis" in Kentucky Fried Chicken one day. Guess what he ordered?
I also had the opportunity to ride the Zeppelin Roller Coaster at the new Hard Rock Theme Park. It's an interesting park. I had expected it to be for "boomers" but it is truly a family park. There were great things for children to do.
There is a wide range of styles and prices in this amazing town. Call me if you want to live in a great place just minutes to the beach.
