Before there was no defined formal dining area. This would leave a question in buyers' mind and an opening for possible objections. The "green" room was completely undefined. With a fireplace on one wall, we show this space as a possible sitting area, allowing buyers to see a use for the space. This was an occupied staging, so we were using most of the homeowner's furnishings. We brought in rugs for the living and dining areas, a dining table, art, pillows, greenery and accessories, new bedding, and floor plants. By repurposing some pieces of furniture in the media room, we were able to create a more spacious feel.
