About Us:

David Monsour began his career in real estate more than 30 years ago as a sales associate and investor in Pennsylvania. In addition to assisting his clients with the purchase of residential real estate, he purchased and managed rental property. David is a member of the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors®, and National Association of Realtors®. David has comprehensive expertise and knowledge of local laws and market conditions. He understands that strict screening and constant supervision helps in the reduction in tenant turnover.David Monsour specializes in the residential property management. He earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Slippery Rock State College, now Slippery Rock University, and a doctoral degree in education from Indiana University of PA. David previously served as a public school teacher, principal, and district superintendent. His responsibilities also included operation of the physical plant, budget development and implementation, and capital project planning, development, and funding. In that capacity, he managed four building renovation and additions projects with expenditures that approached $25,000,000. He also negotiated real estate sales and leasing agreements for the school board. Much of his success is credited to recognizing the importance of excellence in customer service, and he brings that quality to his clients in the real estate market.

Dear Dave (Monsour) & Don,

I must take this time to "Thank You" for the wonderful service your company, in particular, Dave Monsour, provided us. We could never have done it without him. Locating and purchasing one's "perfect" home site and finding the "perfect" model home and builder to build your "Dream House" is a very difficult task. But, from 2000 miles away, it can be a disaster and much more difficult than one can imagine. Not in the case of our working with Dave Monsour of Ask Mr. Palm Beach.

We were flooded by e-mail from countless Realtors and representatives in the southeast and Treasure Coast areas of Florida. The process was becoming overwhelming day by day. Tom & I sifted through these contacts as it was most important for us to find the right person with whom to work. We needed someone we could trust and count on to keep our best interests in mind, while we were back in New York. After speaking with Dave, we knew he was the person we needed at our side, and in the forefront, for this project. One sentence in Dave's e-mail stayed with me through all my correspondence and communication with the other candidates. Dave wrote, on the end of his e-mail, "No one will work harder to earn your business.". His voice rang true and clear in his knowledge, enthusiasm, and care. We planned a lot together before we made our trip down to find our land, model and builder.

By the time Tom and I came down to Florida to check on the land parcels we were interested in, Dave had done a tremendous amount of work verifying the availability of the properties we were interested in, as the properties were flying like "hot cakes" at the time; new properties that fit our qualifications, and most importantly prepared precise driving instructions from each piece of property to the next. His good eye and land knowledge helped us to avoid wasted time. Dave even helped us the following day vist with several builders and tour numerous models until we found our "perfect" home. We were exhausted but driven on adrenalin but Dave, he stayed with us beacuse he is "Dave".

Our next plan is for Dave to find us a large rental home, in the area, so we can move down and watch the conclusion of our house and pool being built, and large enough to store our furniture and personal belongings that we are taking with us.

We were very blessed that day Dave Monsour came into our lives. He is more than our Realtor, he is our Friend. The first new friend we made in Florida since we decided to relocate to the Sunshine State. We look forward to entertaining Dave in our new home, once we move and settle in.

We can honestly say that in our opinion, anyone who has the opportunity to work with, or contract the services of, Dave Monsour will be just as blessed. He is the man for the job.
