FAIR HOUSING:

Our local association hosts an annual poster contest to promote Fair Housing. I think this is a great opportunity to open discussion about discrimination and its effects. While many will say there no longer exists discrimination, I would disagree, but certainly educating each new generation on how to avoid being discriminatory is key to eliminating it all together in the real estate field.
