My expertise is compounded by a bachelor's degree in Engineering and in having owned a construction company specializing in Luxury Homes and Real Estate Development in St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay.
I have three passions in life....my family, my business, and living life to its fullest. I have lived in Florida for 25 years, the last 14 years I spent raising my family and growing my real estate business on beautiful St. Petersburg Beach.
I attended Syracuse University and later University of South Florida majoring in Mechanical/Civil Engineering. I earned my Bachelor of Science in 1991.
Real Estate became one of my biggest passions in life 17 years ago. My focus is a positive experience for all of my clients, getting the best price possible, while being there through the entire transaction to ensure all goes smoothly. Mr. Kohan was exceptionally helpful in negotiating between buyer and seller, and being on top of all aspects toward closing. He communicated between both parties all steps required, keeping lines of communication open between both sides. Mr. Kohan kept the ball rolling in getting the inspections and appraisal done in a timely fashion, working with the title company getting all the information in preparation for a smooth closing. Mr. Kohan did all this in an imperial manner trying to be neutral to both parties. I felt that my dealing with Mr. Kohan were honest and above-board at all times.
