Wamu your in 3rd- wouldn't allow short sale- friday it goes to auction- YOU GET NOTHING!!!!!!!
Over the last couple weeks I have been stressing out on a short sale transaction
leave me and all parties dangling for a hope of approval on 3rd lien holder WAMU
Well all parties lose - WAMU YOU GET NOTHING- YES I WILL REPEAT- YOU GET NOTHING
i have worked on this transaction for 1+ and the 3rd lender wouldnt budge
may be because chase will be taking over wamu files- 60 DAY FREEZE - NO SHORT SALE PROCESSED
the seller get foreclosure- buyer doesnt get home
I get No commission- the buyers realtor gets no commission
1 lender gets raped at auction
2nd lender gets nothing
what do you think about this I would love to hear your thoughts
Wamu is freezing all shorts sales for 60 days- Is your short sale approval transaction closed????????
I sure hope so for all parties involved-
CHASE IS TAKING OVER ALL WAMU ACCOUNTS
and wont be working on short sale transaction-
YES THAT IS CORRECT WAMU WONT EVEN LOOK AT YOUR OFFER

you need to ask question and get well informed - does this mean no auction dates- DONT KNOW
does this mean all shortsale realtors working on a shortsale with wamu as lender may not get commission or close deal YES
