A Community Open House
Wilsonville student artists are in a production mode for I-5/Wilsonville Road Interchange aesthetic treatments.
The Spring of 2011 brought over 1,000 Wilsonville public school students who researched, sketched, drew and glazed approximately 1,500 tiles showing this area's natural beauty of flora and fauna.

So far, as of March 2012, 95 flora and fauna species, historic buildings of Wilsonville, the Willamette River and Mt. Hood have been captured in glazed ceramic tiles.
I-5 and Wilsonville Highway Interchange in the process of being built. This is a huge project in and of itself and when done will make access to I-5 from Wilsonville easier and much safer going South.
The same is true for the off ramp from I-5 going North to Wilsonville . They have made a Wilsonville only lane for easier egress into our town and it is so much easier and safer. The aesthetics of the project as a whole will be pleasing to the eye and a snapshot of Wilsonville.

A GYM FULL OF KIDS, A BASKETBALL GAME AND A NEW TRADITION ~ THE SILENT TREATMENT ~
The Wilsonville High School's basketball team began a new tradition of "Silent Night" last Friday night when they played rival Sherwood High School.
Can you imagine sitting at a good basketball game, talented ball players running up and down the court, adrenaline running amok, points being scored and getting the silent treatment? What would you think if you did not understand what was happening.
The crowd is to remain silent until the Wildcats score their 10th point! Well here it is and once the team scores that 10th point the object is to have the crowd go into a loud roar, be a little wild and scream for the rest of the game.
Pretty cool and obviously very fun. Kids !

are pretty large thoughts don't you believe? I often wonder, how people view me, do they just see what is on top or do they look at a deeper level and actually see or understand at least part of who I am.

The results were announced in the April 2011 issue of Portland Monthly in a special promotional secton announcing the 2011 FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents. Real Estate agents were evaluated on nine criteria: Customer service; Communication; Integrity; Negotiation; Overall satisfaction; Market knowledge; Closing preparation; Marketing the home, and finding the right home.
Qualified real estate agents were reviewed by a blue ribbon panel comprised of realty company executives, professional and trade association officers, and other individuals directly involved in housing-related businesses.
The survey was conducted by a professional services business by mail and phone, to all Portland area residents who purchased a home over $100,000 (more than 54,000 households) within a 36 month period and 7,000 subscribers of Portland Monthly, plus an additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies.
I am certified in Short Sales and Foreclosures, Brokers Price Opinions and have certification as listing agent for REOs or Bank Owned Properties, and licensed in the State of Oregon.
I not only work and live in Wilsonville, but serve the Tualatin, Sherwood, Newberg, Tigard, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Portland Metro and surrounding areas. I work both with sellers and buyers making sure I am most familiar with whatever area they are living in or wanting to live in.

I have been a widower for a number of years and lived in an older home in need of multiple repairs. I had been trying to find a smaller place to live for some time but home prices were out of my reach. Prices eventually came down and I began to search again. I was apprehensive in regard to the process of house searching because previous contact with Realtors had resulted in disinterest due to the fact that I did not have sufficient assets (because of inflated home prices) to purchase anything but a shabby fixer-upper home.

Mary did a great job for us - beginning with a very professional market analysis, and lots of good advice about things we could do to make the house show at its best. She understood our priorities - a quick sale in a falling market - and worked hard to make sure the property received maximum exposure to potential buyers. The house listed on October 1 and we accepted an offer exactly 4 weeks later (one of several, and above asking price). Escrow closed the first week of December 2008, a remarkable timeline in an extremely difficult market.
