Models that will be attending the events must be clean, attractive, and have a professional attitude. We are also looking for models that have a business sense as well. Now, you don’t need to understand the stock market, but you will be interacting with business owners, and it is important that you can carry yourself in a professional manner! You will not need any certifications for this position, but you will need to know enough about the industry to answer basic questions about the directory. You will be provided with all of the information, so don’t worry if you aren’t familiar with it now. If you think you have what it takes to become a Snell Angel, keep reading for a basic rundown of what you will be doing.

We will be attending events next year that will give us a chance to interact with small businesses nationwide on a more personal level, which is where you come in. We will be getting a booth at several restoration expos next year, and you will be working next to the owner informing people about who, and what we are all about as a company. If you are interested in traveling then that option is certainly available, but we will be initially looking for talent that is local to the event’s city. We are offering a base rate of $200.00 for working the entire event, usually no more than 2-3 days. Beyond that, you will earn a 10% commission for every person that you bring into the Snell Experts network. You will more or less have the ability to determine how big of a pay check you get!! Unfortunately this will most likely only happen about once or twice a year in your city, but for those who love to travel; this could become a regular thing, and a chance to spread your wings a little!

I have always been a huge fan of outdoor recreation; unfortunately, the area that I live in does not have a lot of options where that is concerned. So when a few friends of mine invited me to tag along on one of their outdoor expeditions a few months ago, I was more than happy to take them up on their offer. They had quite a few things planned out to make for a pretty busy weekend, but when they mentioned that caving was on the list, I was ecstatic! I have never been able to go caving before this weekend, but it is something that I will definitely do again if given half of a chance.

The cave that we went to was relatively small, but because this was my first experience inside of a cave, it was still quite exciting. After hiking about three quarters of a mile to get to the cave, the 20 degree drop in temperature at the mouth of the cave was a welcome change of climate. I understood then why my friends had recommended that I bring a sweater along on the trip even though it was the middle of the summer, I just wish I would have listened to them when they suggested knee pads as well. Needless to say, I ignored the warning about the knee pads, and my knee’s paid the price after all of the crawling that we had to do inside of the cave to get from one chamber to the next. Once we were through the first set of tunnels, I felt like I had somehow traveled into a completely different world. Even though we were only about an eighth of a mile inside the cave, it was completely dark, and not a single sound could be heard except from the members of our party. Once I saw how dark it was inside, it was easy to understand why people say that caving is so dangerous. If our flash lights would have stopped working, it would have been next to impossible to find our way out again without light, and with the low oxygen count, I don’t think we could have survived more than a day or so inside there. In fact, after just a few hours of being inside, my head was throbbing because of all of the dust that I was breathing in due to how dry it was. With the exception of a tiny water fall at the entrance, the rest of the cave was bone dry until we got to the last room where it was slightly damp again. It was easy to see why caves are one of the few places in the world where you won’t find mold. The low temperature of caves and the lack of moisture make it almost impossible for mold to form and grow.

Even though it took quite a bit of work to get to the back of the cave, the final room, dubbed the echo room, made it all worthwhile! The sheer size of this room was enough to take your breath away. I couldn’t believe that even though we were ¾ of a mile inside of the earth, there was a room as big as my house that had formed over millions of years. It was a nice experience to be able to sit there in the dark with nothing more than the sound of your heart beat in your ears to remind you what noise was. I could have stayed there for hours alone with my thoughts had my head not been killing from all of the dust. Once we finally got outside again, we found that what had felt to us like 5 hours or more, was actually nothing more than about 2 and a half hours. You really do lose your sense of pretty much everything while you’re inside one of these places. Needless to say, the experience was one that I will not soon forget, and I can’t wait until the next time that I get the opportunity to do something like this.

The simple answer to this question is yes. Some forms of mold like toxic mold, or more commonly referred to as black mold, are quite a bit more harmful than other forms of mold. However, the destructive properties that toxic mold has on your furniture is going to be the same as that of normal forms of mold. There are a lot of factors to consider when trying to answer this question, and ultimately the type of mold in your home does not matter because they are all destructive to both your health and your home!

Mold sampling is a common method that is used to determine which type of mold may be affecting your home. This process involves taking an actual sample of the mold from the effected home and sending it to a lab for closer inspection. Even though this method can be quite expensive, it is one of the only ways to positively ID which type of mold you are dealing with. The problem with mold sampling is that it does not account for the individuals who are living in the home. Some people are going to be more susceptible to allergy symptoms from exposure to mold than other people, and the amount of mold required to trigger an allergic reaction varies from individual to individual. While mold sampling may be the only way to determine the form of mold you are dealing with, it does not change the fact that the mold needs to be removed from the home as soon as possible. It also does little in the way of determining how badly the inhabitants of a home will be effected by the mold, and due to how expensive it is, it is usually not deemed to be cost effective at all.

The most important thing to note about mold is that all forms of mold carry the potential to harm your physical health, and the health of your home. If you are allergic to mold, then you will experience the symptoms of mold exposure, no matter which type of mold you come into contact with. Not all people are allergic to mold, but some forms of mold, like toxic mold, can cause an allergic reaction in people who are not allergic to normal strands. The reason why toxic mold is much more severe is because of the mycotoxins that it releases. Mycotoxins are extremely hazardous and can affect individuals whether allergies are present or not. Not only can any form of mold trigger an allergic reaction if you come into contact with it, but your home and the possessions in it are also at risk no matter which form you are dealing with. If the spores land on moist organic material such as cloths, or the sheet rock in your walls, then it will begin to grow. If the problem is not resolved then the end result, regardless of form, will be the same. Whatever mold forms on will eventually be ruined, if not taken care of.

The bottom line is that yes, some forms of mold are more dangerous than others. But the important thing to understand is that ALL forms can still cause serious damage to you and your surroundings. Because of this it is extremely important that you take care of the problem at the first signs of damage. Contacting a mold remediation company could be expensive depending on the extent of the damage, but when dealing with mold, it is best not to cut corners, because it could end up costing you considerably more later down the road!
