Ever wonder why some folks are doing better in the business world than others?

Ever wonder why some folks are doing better in the business world than others?

Some folks are just doing better than others out there and have you ever wondered why?

I have been in business going on 25 years now and I have noticed many things.

1/ why are more companies not more diverse? In other words why are more companies not offering

more things and services?

2/ why is their customer service not top notch?

3/ why are companies not calling folks back or why can folks not get their call through. Why is

the hold time so long?

4/ is this a dog eat dog world or surrival of the fittest?

My company has been very blessed and I hope we will continue being blessed but I am starting to

question why we can not find folks who want to work in sales and marketing, article writing, sign up

specialists for SnellExperts.com

So, from our experience, why is SnellExperts finding out that folks are not needing work when

I hear the entire company is seeking work?

Folks can even stay in the comfort of their own home to perform work for us and get paid very well.

For example, sign up only 1 company a day on SnellExperts.com for 364 days and do this every day of

the year and make $125,000 per year. In a year, if you sign up 1 new company a day on our site of

experts and do this every day of the year then by the end of the year you would have signed up

at least 364 companies.

So, who wants to make money? who wants to stay at home with their kids?

All you need is a phone and a computer to get started.

Allergies or Mold Infestation?

Coughing, wheezing, and runny nose? Is it time to go buy a bottle of Benadryl for those pesky allergy symptoms, or could these be indicators of a much more severe problem? Symptoms of mold exposure can appear as nothing more than simple, everyday, allergy symptoms, but the long term effects could be much more severe, and in some cases even life threatening. Mold can exist virtually everywhere in both our indoor and outdoor environments, and because the symptoms of exposure appear as nothing more than allergies, it can be difficult to identify unless you are familiar with the other signs of mold growth.

At a first glance, mold exposure can appear as simple allergy symptoms. Red eyes, difficulty breathing, coughing and even headaches, are all symptoms that most people can experience due to a simple change of the seasons. These are also the same symptoms that most people will develop if they come into contact with mold spores. The levels of symptoms can, and often do, vary from individual to individual. Infants and elderly people are the most at risk to develop allergic reactions to mold spores, but anybody who has an immune system deficiency is more susceptible to the symptoms of mold exposure. These are not the only people that can have allergic reactions, but they are usually the first in a house hold that will develop the symptoms.

Due to the fact that symptoms to mold exposure so closely resemble normal allergies, it is important that you be familiar with the other signs of mold growth besides just the symptoms. If you have had any moisture build up or water damage prior to the onset of the symptoms, then that is usually a good indicator of mold growth since moist environments greatly accelerate the growth of mold spores. If you begin noticing a strong musty smell in the affected area, then you should definitely keep an eye open for physical signs of mold growth. A discoloration of the ceilings or walls in your home, or even a warping of the floor is usually a good sign of mold growth as well. This could be caused from simple water damage, but where there is water damage, mold is usually not far behind.

It is important to properly treat any mold that you have growing in your home to prevent bigger problems from developing in the future. If you simply bleach the affected area, but do not remove the mold in its entirety, you may still have an allergic reaction to the dead spores. Mold is not something that should be taken lightly, and if you are unsure about how to properly remove the mold, then contacting a certified professional is probably your best approach. It may be a bit pricy at times to have a professional remove the mold, but it’s a lot better than replacing an entire section of your home, or even worse, getting hospitalized. Getting a mold inspection early on could make all of the difference when dealing with mold!

Greed and poor customer service

Ever wonder why so many companies in this country of ours are so greedy?

Do they have to be greedy or do they choose to be greedy?

Recently, I canceled my service with a telephone company who has a T in their name. I had my

advertising with them, local directory, dsl and land line with local and long distance which all

amounted to $35,000 but because they were so greedy and because their service went down hill, and

because they would disconnet our phone service for like a week at a time, I just had it and canceled my

service on a permanent basis with them.

Did they care? Not at all.

So, after doing business with them for some 24 years, they lost a loyal customer.

I now have service with another company and I just love it.

We are also paying less money now with Time Warner than the other company who we used for years.

What is the moral of this story? That if a company is greedy that they will one day lose much business.

Ever notice someone's finger nails in a restaurant who is serving you?

Have you ever been in a restaurant and your waiter or waitress was serving you and they had nasty

finger nails or they smelled like they have not had a shower or bath?

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

Nasty. How come they are not clean? Are they lazy or just do not care?

When I see this I just excuse myself and do not eat there. I tell them this before any food is

ordered of course.

Any thoughts on this folks?

Any one have any similar experience and what have you done?
