The Boise, Meridian, Eagle real estate markets are on the move. I've had 4 Realtors wanting to write offers on my $120000 shortsale when it came back on the market for a couple of days. The first buyer dropped when the bank countered with a more reasonable price. Realtors were calling me several times a day to write a contract on this home. Additionally, my $210000 (pending) listing has had just as much activity with Realtors calling to see how solid the transaction is. Prices are moving up and rates are still hovering around 4%. Buyers are becoming backlogged and I noticed several non-distressed properties are going under contract in only a couple of weeks. This is a great time for those sellers who would like to sell and are not severely under water to re-evaluate.
