The Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire has two events planned for Animal Lovers..and the pets they love!

Both are taking place on February 9th

In Bedford, at the League @545 Route 101 from noon to 4:00 PM, there will be Vendors giving tips on pet pampering and products too. If you are considering adoption...there will be counselors to help you find your ideal match!

In Manchester, Dachowski Photography- 55 South Commercial Street- will hold a photo session for your pet! It will be a 10x10 (framed 14x14)portrait for only $129 and a donated bag of pet food or cat litter. The Dachowski's will donate a portion to The Animal Rescue League of NH.

It is so rewarding for me that you are planning on purchasing your first home in Concord New Hampshire. You have said that reading my Blog and learning about The Community and what it has to offer has had an influence on your re-location decision!

1. You have indicated that you have not secured financing yet. This step must be made before we actually do the fun part...looking. Knowing how much home you can afford to purchase will help set up our Search criteria.
2. I will give you a list of Lenders I have come to know and trust. Pre-qualification also puts you in a stronger position should you find a home you want to make an offer on.
3. We need to get together in my office. I have quite an array of First Time Home-buyer information you will find very helpful.This will include a description of Agency and State Requirements concerning our "relationship"
4. I will give you Local information and Personal information about myself and my qualifications. (This is be a perfect opportunity for us to meet and get to know each other)
5. We will determine your Priorities,whether they be schools, commute location,medical facilities or other services etc. (I will outline the different sections of Concord and what each area has for strong points.)

Now comes the fun part.....PROPERTY HUNTING

1. After determining your needs I will research available property that fills them. We will determine the top favorites and I will set up appointments to see them.
2. I will set up six to start...in different sections of town. That way you can get a "feel"for areas.(Viewing more that six properties at one time does not allow for digesting of the information that helps your decisions "it all starts to look alike")
3. Concord is a small, well laid out city and a good way for you to determine the area you wish to settle in is to explore it for yourselves. I will have some more "possibilities" and a city map and you can do some drive-bys!

You need to know that finding your perfect home can be a time consuming process. There are those who find their dream quickly but most find that after actually viewing houses...their wants and needs may totally change and evolve into a new "dream".

Do not be discouraged. This is a life changing purchase and I'm here to help you achieve it! Together we will make it happen!

• Start your tour at Saint Pauls Church a Registered Historical Site.
• Continue to the Concord Public Library. There you can pick up some literature about the other stops you will be making.
• Next you will come to the Tuck Library. A beautiful building with marble floors and magnificent stairways it is the home for the Historical records of the State. 
• Across the street you will come to the Legislative Office Building. It is in this historical building that rules of governance are formed and put into law. It also houses the offices of many State Agencies.
• The NH State House is directly across fro the LOB.Built in 1819 it is the oldest continuously running seat of State Government
• Stroll the Main Street and have lunch or a snack at one of our fabulous Downtown Establishments!
•  Meander over to Eagle Square and take advantage of the picture taking vantage or relax in front of the soothing fountain
• Finish your tour in the bright spot of the Historical Society Museum. And be sure to pick up a souvenir of your visit!
