My wife and I wanted to buy a rental property because we thought it would be a great investment to help pay for our daughter's college. We watched television commercials on how to do it, bought books but it was just so overwhelming. Before Aaron was our realtor he was our mortgage loan officer. We used him to purchase our first home and no sooner than our offer was accepted my Marine Corps reserve unit got activated to go overseas. Needless to say my wife and I were freaked out but Aaron told us not to worry we would still be able to buy our house.
