There was an 11.5% increase in Pleasant Grove homes sold. Pleasant Grove was also the only major city in the county that had an increase in sold price. Median price was up $20,000 and average sold price was up about $5,000. Surprisingly, current median price is 5.88% lower than what sold price was. Pleasant Grove inventory is 10.55 months.

Payson Real Estate was actually part of the minority in Utah County with a decrease in number of homes sold. At the same time, only 7 less homes sold and prices decreased close to 3% which is much better than what many other cities experienced. Inventory is high at 14 months and there are 138 Payson homes for sale.

Orem went from selling 119 homes to 123 homes, increasing 3.36%. Median sales price of Orem Real Estate declined 12.91% and average sales price decreased 14.72%. Even though there were decreases, they weren't as large as in '07-'08. There are currently 9 months of inventory and around 380 houses in Orem for sale.

Lehi was yet another city that had a small increase in number of homes sold. That being said, Lehi Real Estate sold prices had large decreases of over 15%. Homes is Lehi are now priced 20% more on average but will most likely continue the trend and decrease. 478 single family Lehi homes can be found on the MLS.

Sold homes in Highland and Alpine increased 30%. Median sold price slipped down to the upper 300's and average decreased $50,000 to the upper 400's. Current listed median and average priced homes in Alpine and Highland are over one-half million dollars. Inventory is over 14 months so there are plenty of homes to choose from.
