Midvale experienced a large decrease as well, selling 20 less homes. 122 homes are currently on the market so inventory is over one year in length. Homes in Midvale experienced price decreases as well, with the average price dropping 13.32%, below $200,000.

There are currently 174 homes for sale in Magna Utah. Only 51 homes sold last quarter which is almost half of what sold during the 2nd quarter of 2008. Magna Real Estate sold prices also decreased 15-16%. With prices currently 12-14% higher than what sold last quarter, sellers are hoping to get prices similar to what homes sold at one year ago.

There was a 10.2% decrease of sold homes in Kearns. Major decreases were reported as median price went down 11.4% and average price went down 13.8%. Current prices aren't much higher than what homes have been selling for. 90 Kearns residences are listed on the market so inventory is at 6 months.

Real Estate in Holladay sold only three less homes last quarter. Current Holladay homes are priced as some of the most expensive in the county. Median sold price went down 11.7%, but prices are currently around $500,000. Average sold price saw a large increase of 32.36%. Current listings are way up, averaging at $924,090.

The city of Herriman sold 47 more homes last quarter than they did during the second quarter of 2008, selling more than any other city in the county. Median and average sold price both decreased from the lower 300's to the upper 200's. Herriman Real Estate has the lowest inventory in the county at about 5 months. With 275 active listings, homes should continue to sell at a decent rate.
