Well This is my 1st blog and I'm using it as a test. I'll start by giving a litlle background on myself and my company. My name is Adam Blumenthal and I've been in the mortgage business since 1998. I took a job right out of college as a loan officer and have been in the biz every since. I work for Residential Loan Centers of America. We are a direct-endorsed FHA lender and we just celebrated our 10 year anniversary!
