Trying to find the right new home, the right location, or the right price? My professional career in real estate spands about 30 years. I started in the Northeast and have enjoyed an exceptional career resurgence here in the Wilmington, N.C. area. I work very well with relocation families and relate well with the baby boom generation. Expertise and energy have given me a solid " do the job right" attitude. I volunteered for and served in the U.S. Navy and then attended an excellent southern college after military service. After teaching junior high school for three years, I decided to leave teaching and go into a more challenging business environment, real estate. My designations include the prestigious GRI, CSP, and all 4 IRM courses, a precursor to the home builders MIRM designation.

Being able to work with buyers and their vision of what they are trying to acheive, allows me to better serve their needs and help them to create the dream home they have always wanted. I specialize in waterfront and golf course communities. If we can't build it, we will find it!
