Are you on Twitter? Face Book or have your videos on You Tube? I can admit it, I am a techie junkie! I'm on them all and it's so hard to keep track of what I've checked, tweeted and posted! We live a fishbowl world now where everyone can potentially know everything! You have to ask yourself if it's too much?
Is it helping my business? That's really the main question! I think with all this FREEexposure I have found it's still worth my time and effort to learn and write! More and more clients are finding my website and my name out there due to these new advances to the internet world. It even makes big news! I have been fortunate in the last month and a half to have sold three of my listings! They are all in the price range of under the $500,000 mark and have been appealing to the clients getting into the market and also moving up in a home. Also, I have been finding with all the News out there my winning combination has been to keep my head down and not listen to the hype out there and to be positive! My clients have told me they are so happy and refreshed to have someone come into their home that's not Doom and Gloom! My latest sale the SOLD sticker went up in a week and a half and WOW, were they happy clients!
Being creative with what you offer and your advertising is also key. With using tools such as Home Staging, Videoing the Listing, Blogging and Txterrific, my cleints are feeling they are getting value for the Service and there are no concerns over what I charge at the end of the day. Also, these are fairly low cost techniques, just takes some time... So stay positive, price is key and your service must be Creative!

I was born and raised in North Delta and later the Surrey area. This is my home! After a few moves here and there I came back to my neighbourhood to raise my family. I have been a real estate salesperson since 2004, and I have to say I'm loving it. Helping people for me is a passion.
