IT Manager 2003-2010

Managed successful operation of custom wireless construction scheduling system utilizing wireless mobile technology (e.g. PDAs and smart phones such as Windows Mobile and Blackberry mobile devices). Managed field staff of 150+ users experiencing various scheduling issues while ensuring that the system remained functional and current at all times. Performed systems upgrades, backup/restore and maintained servers on Windows based networks. Developed operating system images, Installed and configured IVR, IWR, CTI, voice recognition, text to speech and Fax servers using JAVA. Setup and configured Windows NT operating system SCSA-based standard voice cards from Dialogic, using standard Intel-based Compaq, HP, and Dell computer hardware.
