Our first snow fall Nov. 21, 2008 here in Arbutus, Maryland - Baltimore County.
Not too sure how long it will last or how much we will get. It would be nice to see snow on the ground for the Holidays this year!
First the Real Estate Industry now the Auto Industry.
When the Real Estate Industry is effected so are the jobs of Brokers, Agents, Appraisers, Inspectors, and anyone else working with in the industry... Now the Auto Industry which will effect jobs of not only the auto industry plant workers, but also the local Car Dealers and their Sales Men.
I was just reading this morning how jobless claims have jumped to a 16 year high!!!!!
I was also reading how the job market is expected to get even worse next year! They are expecting unemployment to reach 7 percent by early next year and 8 percent by the end of '09.
More companies have annousced mass layoffs in the past week!
How I see it is when you do not have a job you have no money to spend on real estate. When you have no real estate because you have no job there is no reason for you to own a new car.
This is a scary time!
