Greetings! My name is Stephanie Stuber and I am very excited at the prospect of working with you! I am a HSR Certified Professional Home Stager and Redesigner and I have been extensively trained on the tried and true methods and techniques of home staging and redesigning.

My background in botany and horticulture allows me to provide exceptional, scientifically applied services in landscape and interiorscape design.

Growing up as a visual artist has given me the ability to see design potential in all areas of your home in terms of color, texture, composition. I will give you the means, motivation and expertise to get your home designed to sell or stay!

Home Staging - We will provide the expertise to help create a universally appealing home that will entice buyers! View a video on the anatomy of a staging day here.

• Consultation & Proposal - Here we will discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement efforts using our 8-step Staging Plan. We will end with a proposal for further staging based on the amount of work needed in order to sell faster and for top dollar.
• Silver Staging - For homes needing just a few hours more of staging, or are less than 2000 sq. ft. We will work off the Staging Plan to help transform the main areas of your home. At the end you'll have beautiful photos for your agent's marketing efforts as well as an idea of what purchases to make to complete the look.
• Gold Staging - For homes needing full staging attention, or are over 2000 sq. ft. Using the Staging Plan we will spend the whole day transforming your home into a buyers dream. At the end you'll have a show-ready home, beautiful photos for your agent's marketing efforts as well as an idea of what purchases to make to complete the look.
• Platinum Staging - For homes that are about to go onto the market, or have an open house. We will spend 2 days prior to the open house working off the Staging Plan to dramatically transform the house for a paramount first impression. To get maximum profit, every home should go through our Platinum Staging transformation before being listed.
• Do-It-Yourself - If you feel that you are able to take on the staging task yourself, let me help guide you with an extensive 30-page DIY manual with photos, tips and tricks from the pros. **Fine Tuning services available to help add finishing touches**

Interior Redesign - If your home has fallen behind with the times and are looking for an update, or need some guidance finding your homes decorating potential, we are here to show you how to reinvent your interiors.

• Consultation & Proposal - Here we will discuss your goals, expectations and how to create beautiful, personal spaces that give you the feeling of home using our 8-step Redesign Plan. We will end with a proposal for further redesign services based upon the amount of work needed in order to transform your home into your own personal retreat.
• Silver Redesign - For homes that need a few more hours of redesign or are less than 2000 sq. ft. We will work off our Redesign Plan to transform the main areas of your home using your existing décor to create a harmonious and balanced environment that is personal to you.
• Gold Redesign - For homes that need our full redesign attention or are more than 2000 sq. ft. We will spend the whole day working off our Redesign Plan using your existing décor to transform your home into the comfortable, beautiful and stylish home you desire.
• Platinum Redesign - For homes that need our undivided assistance from start to finish. We will spend 2 days working off the Redesign Plan using your existing décor and a few suggested purchases to transform your home into your dream home.

Landscape Design - If you want to add some curb appeal we can help with that too! With our plant biological knowledge we will create a design conducive to your particular interior and exterior environment. but will thrive in your personal environment!
