Hi there, my name is Amy Whiffen. I am a full time licensed Realtor with Eagle Realty here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

I was born and raised outside Milwaukee, WI. Go Green Bay Packers! I fell in love with the east coast while spending my summers in Ocean City, MD and later decided to make the move to the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach in 1999 and start my Myrtle Beach real estate career.

Over the years I have watched Carolina Forest grow from a small timber land area to a thriving, beach community with amazing real estate opportunities.

I like to think of myself as a no "bs" real estate professional. I will get together and discuss your needs and wants with you and then we will work together to find your perfect property. When I first moved to the beach in '99 I thought who would want to live in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach? It's on the other side of the waterway! Well, since then lots of people have, including my family. Five homes later I'm still here in Carolina Forest! (It's tough working around beautiful homes all day, you always want something else)

I pride myself in knowing all of the developments of Carolina Forest and being familiar with the new construction opportunities as well as Carolina Forest foresclosures or short sale properties.
