One of my team members gave me this publication at my last seminar, and I'm going to put it in all my handouts. It is a gold mine for Seniors. It is published by the CA Bar Association. It is free, you can order in quantity, and is very well done. There is a pdf form of it too, and it comes in 6 languages.
